I am a husband and father working in Tech with a passion for real estate and a hunger to learn more. Looking to build generational wealth that will support my family for years to come as well as enable us to live a happy and healthy life. We started out like most investors who work full time and just did buy and holds along the way starting with our first house we purchased in San Jose during 2003. We bought a 3/3 with the vision of it becoming a rental thinking it would be high demand with 3 full baths and it didn't disappoint. Now we are on our 4th property which will be a long but fun project which might eventually be our retirement dream but that's still a ways out. We are continuing to look at real estate with more of a focus out of state to diversify some Bay Area properties and Tech equity into multi-families so that we can increase our doors and cash flow on our road to retirement!
