Collin Van der Veen

My name is Collin van der Veen and I recently purchased my first duplex as a student rental property during my senior year at Bowdoin College. Given the fact that I am relatively new to the world of real estate investing, I hope to be able to use the BiggerPockets platform to build a network of smart and driven individuals to exchange ideas and partner with. My goal in the medium term is to acquire 5 investment properties over the first 10 years of my working life, and in the long-term, I strive to eventually own enough single and multi-family properties to generate sufficient passive income to retire and spend more time with family and friends.
