Hi everyone! I fell into real estate investing when I decided to rent our former primary residence after we moved. That decision started my interest in real estate investing and my desire to acquire more rental properties. I am a buy and hold rental investor and also have an interest in short term rentals. Currently I have a SFH in Loudoun County (VA), 2 townhouses in Frederick County (VA) and a SFH in Warren County. I still have a W2 job but I am actively looking for properties in Frederick County, Warren County, Clarke County and Rockingham County. Hoping to find other people in the area to network with.
