I am a full-time real estate agent and investor working in Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado. My love of real estate evolved out of my work as a structural inspector. As a structural expert, I began working almost exclusively with real estate investors and quickly discovered a knack for evaluating the real estate market and leveraging a wide network of relationships to connect investors, homeowners, and real estate professionals. After several years buying, selling, and renting homes as a real estate investor, I realized that more and more people...seasoned investors, and even realtors, were asking for advice on everything from real estate market trends to how to negotiate contracts. That was my proverbial “lightbulb” moment, and I haven’t looked back since. These days I do an occasional wholesale deal and work with investors to find and market their properties, as well as owner-occupants, buyers, sellers, first time buyers, and those looking to relocate to Colorado.
