I'm a 38 year old father of 2 and full time IT executive during the day. I have an entrepreneurial upbringing with a strong passion for investing and am learning everything I can about REI. Experience: I have rental properties in Indianapolis as well as Montgomery. I'm comfortable with most aspects of purchasing traditionally or using hard money to purchase and repair homes to buy and hold. Real Estate Goals: Purchase 2-3 investment property per year for the next 6 years. I would like to build stronger networks with the local investors in Montgomery, or out of state investors (especially close to me in Socal), Montgomery wholesalers, and other like-minded individuals with similar goals. Currently Seeking: Looking for buy and hold properties in Montgomery, Alabama. I'd also be open to JV deals with the right motivated partner.
