I started my investment journey in 2016 buying short-term rental properties in downtown Nashville, TN. Since then, I've been involved in long-term rentals, BRRRRs, Fix & Flips and creative deal making in both the Nashville, TN and Indianapolis, IN markets. Over the last 5 years, I have been fortunate enough to leave my day job to pursue my passion of Real Estate full-time. My company, Terra Capital, is focused on all 4 phrases of the Real Estate rehabilitation process: wholesale, construction, brokerage and property management. We have ownership in companies that specialize in all 4 of these phases, which allows us the opportunity of making a profit 4 distinct times throughout the process, as well as controlling the project along the way. We bring the project in with our wholesale company, rehab the property with our construction team, sell the property through our brokerage and then management the property in perpetuity. We are looking to partner with individuals that are looking to invest in Real Estate, but don't have the time or desire to grind through all the work it takes to go close to close on a deal. That is where we come in! I’m very fortunate to be able to do what I love everyday, which is finding, funding and completing Real Estate projects in Central Indiana.
