connorbath.com Originally from Northern Virginia, I graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Science. During my undergrad, I purchased my first home and house-hacked by renting out extra rooms to cover the mortgage. I am now pursuing an MBA with a focus in Real Estate Development at UNC Chapel Hill, where I expect to graduate in May 2025. Currently, I’m actively developing student rental homes in the Clemson, South Carolina market. My ultimate goal is to build a career in real estate development, leveraging my combined experience in construction, finance, and business administration.
