I'm a mortgage broker specializing in creative financing solutions for real estate investors across the United States. I work with investors on a wide range of financing options, including DSCR loans, co-living properties, cash-out refinances, fix-and-flip projects, new construction, and foreign national investment loans. Having built my career in the Canadian mortgage industry before expanding into the U.S. market, I bring a strong understanding of both sides of the border.
