Newbie investor looking to network and partner with experienced real estate investors in Central Nebraska and Omaha areas. I am currently living in Kearney, NE but will be locating to Omaha, NE in the next year and a half. I am interested in networking with local Omaha, NE real estate investors to learn about the market, make investor relationships, and hopefully purchase my first investment property using the BRRRR method within the next year and a half! Real Estate Investing Goals: -Buy my first property in Omaha, NE using the BRRRR method before the summer of 2021 -Network with local investors in my area and across Nebraska -Build up my real estate portfolio to generate +$10,000/mo in cash flow before turning 30 years old
