Constance Wilde

I have been in commercial real estate for over 30 years. I spent 12 years in-house with retail development companies learning all aspects of ground up development. Turning those skills to work in the brokerage business I have participated in the development of over 40 shopping centers. My efforts created a lot of wealth for the principles of each project, now it is my turn to create wealth for our family. My focus is multifamily projects to flip or hold. I live and invest in the Puget Sound region.
