I have done some re-habbing in the past before the market crashed. I own and manage about 15 units in Broward and Dade. I am looking to flip a few Wholesale deals and make enough profit over a period of time to obtain enough cash to obtain a 20+ unit complex for my retirement from the Airlines industry.
