I have been in the real estate development game, working for various developers in the Indianapolis market since 2005, doing development projects all over the country. My main focus has on pre-development tasks. Such as, site & utility research, zoning and due diligence work, site planning and layouts to maximize density, both by-right and "what-if" scenarios if we could rezone.
