I am a part time investor in St. Louis with my full time job as a partner in a large regional law firm headquartered in downtown St. Louis.* I am actively looking for multi-family properties (4-25 units) in the South and West areas of St. Louis with strong potential for value add or complete rehab. I have three single family homes, completed a rehab of a duplex in South City, and recently acquired two four-family buildings in South City. I am also passively involved in syndications - with the hope of someday being the syndicator instead. I am always looking for new properties with the ultimate goal of scaling up to larger complexes, and I prefer to rehab or update existing units to add value and increase net operating income.
