I relocated from South Florida to North Florida in early 2020. My wife and I purchased our first investment property in summer 2022 and spent a year renovating a 3B/1.5B SFH into a 4B/3B floor plan for use as an STR. I've built my career in Engineering and Project Management, but enjoy applying my skills to building passive income through real estate rental properties! I also have experience in woodworking and enjoy taking on home improvement projects that add value.
