Thanks for taking a couple moments to get a sense of who I am am what I'm committed to. At this point in my life, it's crystal clear that making a difference for other people is my number one priority. It's my desire to leave a legacy of successful entrepreneurs, investors and true unique thinkers that have an impact in whatever industry matters to them. I began working for the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears 13 years of age. My grandfather was a Vice President one of largest unions in Chicago and I was fortunate to be able to understand how to operate large venues. I later got involved with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Arie Crown Theater and the Chicago Automobile Show, Golf Mill Playhouse in Niles, Illinois before it was torn down... And then I discovered real estate at the age of 14. I purchased my first house at age 16 and then another +500 properties these past 30 years. Experience: I took my first real estate seminar when I was 14 years old. I saved up my Bar Mitzvah money and invested in a real estate seminar in Indiana. I took the train and checked into my hotel to attend a three-day workshop on how to buy real estate. Over the next three years, I searched for the "perfect property" and never finding it. I met a woman at a seminar who sold me my first home... Located at 7419 Oneida Rd in Wonder Lake, Illinois. Little did I know that she was not the real owner. After working out those complexities with the real estate owned manager and Citicorp savings, I invested the next 16 years of my life acquiring single-family homes, multi-units, industrial commercial real estate in five different states. My expertise is locating unique opportunities, negotiating debt, and tapping into deep discounted undervalued real estate & accessing capital - both personal and from high net worth individuals. Today, I'm a partner in Iron Mountain Mines LLC . It owns and manages a 2000 acre iron ore mine in iron Mountain, Michigan, and this can and has been used as leverage for real estate transactions in excess of $100M as the asset valuation is +$500M. Through my company FixMyReport.com, we have helped more than 6700 families quite real estate nationwide and health fund in excess of $3.4 billion in mortgage loans in the last 14 years. Real Estate Goals: I real estate goals are very simple and clear. In fact, I'm happy to share those with you if you would like a copy. In short, my goals are to acquire & partner on two or three more companies in 2025 that I can expand, turnaround and then sell at sometime in the future for $50M+. In 2017 we partnered with www.Obrawerks.com - an Architectural firm in Chicago with and expertise in Orthopedic Medical Building development. On the real estate side, I am acquiring rentals long-term, mobile homes and parks, sfr's and will look at most any opportunity with fresh eyes. Currently Seeking: People to play with!
