I am new to real estate investing. I am here to learn from everyone and to eventually be a resource to those around me. I want to have several streams of income for my growing family. I will start with buy-and-hold SFR properties near me and eventually branch into commercial real estate. My wife and I are nurse practitioners at our local hospital. We love to travel when we find the time and currently have a 2 year old 😁
