Hi All, I’ve been a film/tv Makeup Artist by trade for the last 28 years. For the last 5 years I’ve been on a path to becoming a full time RE Professional. I started by getting my Property Managers license and starting a company that brokers locations for filming connecting production companies to Property Owners. After 3 years it became apparent that Portland’s entertainment industry cannot support my business model so I’m pivoting into acquisition. I have been educating myself and working with a mentor in acquiring small commercial and multi-family properties. Not anticipating buying any new properties the first quarter of 2023 due to increasing interest rates and anticipatory recession driving down values, but I will be learning and prepared to jump back in when it’s time. I am looking to connect with investors in Portland, OR where I live and Las Vegas, NV where my Son and brand new Grandson live. I’m a first time Grandma!
