Out of state buy and hold investor. My wife and I began our real estate investing with one accidental rental property in Oklahoma (knew nothing about real estate when we bought it) that we rented out when we moved overseas. Owning this property peaked our interest and started us down the real estate investing path. Now, we have three SFRs and a duplex in a smaller town outside Dayton, OH, and are looking to continue to grow our portfolio there.
