I am a Subway franchisee with 15 units in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. We own 5 properties (excluding personal residence): a short term rental in the country of Panama, 3 commercial spaces, and 2 mixed-use Main Street spaces (retail on bottom, apartments on top). We recently started flipping houses and just sold our first deal and are currently working on the second. We are focusing on western Pennsylvania, namely Beaver, Butler, Allegheny, and Lawrence Counties.
