Cosmo Iannopollo

Hey everybody, my name is Cosmo (real name) and I am the proud owner of a duplex in New Haven, CT. My wife and I never dreamed of being landlords, but we're enjoying it (especially on the 1st of the month) and are looking to find ways to expand. We dream far bigger than our current bank account, so we're hoping to learn from each of you on how to build our little "empire" one great decision at a time.
