I'm a newbie investor based in southern California. I am looking to deploy an out-of-state investment strategy focused on the metro Detroit suburbs, such as Livonia and Farmington. I am looking for other local southeast-Michigan realtors, property management, and other experts that would like to partner on investments. I plan to buy and hold my properties to create passive income.
