I am an insurance geek that loves the business of real estate. I have been an insurance agent for 10+ years, my company International Insurance Group, Inc has worked with investors since 2007. I have have a Bachelors Degree from Northern Arizona University, an MBA from Florida State University, and am a Certified Insurance Counselor (a designation insurance nerds get). In my spare time I love to run. Experience: I have had 3 deals fall through. One because of tax lien I couldn't negotiate down to where it made sense, and 2 others where the investors I had backed out. Based on my investor experience, I am saving like mad so as to go in it alone. Real Estate Goals: 3K Cash Flow in 5 years. Currently Seeking: A shot.
