I have had a long passion for Real Estate. He started out buying his first home in 1997 in Carlsbad, CA. Then I bought my 2nd home a few years later. I began to understand the power of real estate and investing. While being a Special Education Teacher and High School Basketball coach for over 20 years, I continued my education and experience as a Real Estate Investor. My first investment strategy was using the BRRRR method, and then shifted to mid-term and short term rentals. I began investing in Short Term Rentals as well as starting a Short/Mid-Term property management company with my wife, Kimberly. Less than a year later, we earned our Realtor Licenses. We are now partner Real Estate Agents in Idaho Falls, ID. Before branching out into becoming a Realtor, I was virtually wholesaling throughout the South East United States. My connections with investors and Realtors inspired me to pursue becoming a Realtor. Furthermore, my passion for real estate continues to expand as I consistently work with and network with Large Multifamily, Storage Unit and RV Park investors. My network of investors continues to grow as I build relationships and continue to learn various strategies of real estate investing. I have decided to continue to follow this passion in Real Estate, and use my knowledge to help clients. I have learned many valuable lessons in buying, selling and investing in homes for friends, family, clients, and myself. I have learned valuable marketing techniques as well as what it takes in order to get a home sold quickly- what is worth doing and what is not worth doing for the valuation of a home. Over the years, I have also picked up top-notch negotiating skills in order to make sure homes are purchased at the best possible price. After I learned various techniques and strategies for Real Estate home ownership and investing, my passion to serve clients has expanded. Kimberly and I work diligently to provide amazing service to all of our clients to not only meet their needs, but to create long lasting relationships with every client. Our desire to find people their dream homes and achieving their dreams is evident in how we work personally with every client.
