Born and raised in Indianapolis Indiana, I'm a Husband, Father of twins and love all things real estate. I left a marketing and sales position in 2001 and became a full time real estate agent. I got my license to rehab properties, however after helping several friends and family purchase and sell properties, the Agent side of my business took off faster than my renovation business so I focused the majority of my time representing clients buy and sell. Over the years I've done wholesaling and rehabbed several properties, but plan on developing this side of the business more; with the end goal of owning 100 rental properties free an clear. I'm looking to develop life long relationships with fellow BiggerPocket Members, as well as pass along knowledge and a rental portfolio to my kids in the future.
