Craig Cude

I am an Air Force F-16 pilot with 18 years of service. I have been investing in buy-and-hold single family homes for 16 years. My wife, Yvonne, and I manage six rental homes in six states and own a 40-acre parcel of land in Monterey, CA. We currently live in our primary home in central Massachusetts. My strategy had always been to buy the best house in the best neighborhood I could afford at the time, with one goal in mind--appreciation. Now that I've built up a healthy amount of equity, I'm interested in a more passive approach to cash-flowing properties such as multi-family units and/or commercial properties. Our long term goal is to retire from the Air Force and continue investing in real estate full-time.
