Hi Everyone, I've bought four houses over the span over about 20yrs. Im currently holding on to two of them. I do most of the rehab projects myself, love doing the analytics, and spreadsheets. I'm currently looking to purchase my first MF but the local area I am in the units either aren't there or the price point is way to high. Id love to try and connect and build a relationship to an agent whole has off market listings. If we can work together to get a good deal on the property and they get the commission on the buying and selling sides.
