I am an Audio Engineer for the theatrical Stagehand union, and a new real estate investor. I currently own a single family, and a duplex that I house hack out of, and I’m ready to scale and acquire more properties. My investment strategy has been to BRRR using FHA loans and refinancing out of them. I’m looking for triplexes and quadplexes in New Jersey for my next deal. SHORT TERM GOALS: 1. Build a team of real estate professionals. 2. Aquire another property next year 3. Gain more knowledge 4. Start a LLC LONG TERM GOALS: 1. Acquire 10,000 per month in cash flow in the next 12 years. 2. Retire through real estate 3. Be available for family 4. Start a music publishing company 5. Invest in different streams of income 6. Leave my son with generational wealth
