I moved to Denver in April 2017 to work at BiggerPockets. I purchased my first house hack in June 2017. A duplex just five blocks north of City Park. That property cash flows me $1,000 per month and has appreciated close to $200k in just 3 years. Each year after that I went on to purchase my 2nd, 3rd, 4th,.... and 8th house hack which has enabled me to achieve financial independence in just a few short years. Now, I have a team of agents located in Denver, Idaho, and San Diego, while I reside in northern Idaho.
