I am an investor in Colorado Springs Colorado. I was born and raised in Ordway Colorado, which is in the southeast part of the state. I started out with single family rentals and then moved to Colorado Springs in February of 2017. I purchased a Farmers Insurance agency, located in Falcon. My wife and investing partner is a high school Social Studies teacher. We both enjoy real estate and are most recently working on house hacking, flipping houses, and managing/acquiring self storage facilities! Experience: We currently have a small portfolio of single and small multifamily properties, two storage facilities, and have done a handful of flips. Real Estate Goals: By the time I am 30, I would like to have the option of living entirely off of our real estate income. My wife and I both love our jobs but we want to be financially free enough to work because we love it! Currently Seeking: Storage Facilities, vacant land, fixer uppers!
