About myself
0 properties owned right now. Why: to build a passive income and family trust. To quit my dayjob in order to focus on my business and entrepreneurship. Californian living in NYC... Definitely looking for out of state. I've been considering and passively learning about investment for over a year. Joining now to dive in. Looking for partners / mentorship. Interested in long-term and short-term rental properties to start.
