I got into real estate investing because I don't want to work for somebody else until I'm 70. Had a duplex with a partner; I've since divested from that and now own 3 single family homes that I rent out. Always looking for another but may not pull trigger in 2022 due to hard to find deals and taking the time to set up what I already got, better financially.
