I have construction background in concrete and being a general contractor. I owned the company and partnered with others from Philadelphia. Now part of an investing teams in Phoenix and Philadelphia, and most recently my role is project manager/investor since other members are attorneys with different skill set.Looking for practical advice, lenders ,joint ventures to learn and grow in the marketplace. Experience: I have completed (5) real estate deals in Philadelphia Pa.All of the projects were under $100K Real Estate Goals: I want to establish a retirement fund while mentoring my son who is now 28 as well as my nephew who is 35. Currently Seeking: I want to develop a network of private money lenders who can assist as I scale to larger projects.
