About myself
New investor in Real Estate single family home up to quad plex market in Phoenix AZ area. I now have 2 rentals and am doing a private money lend. I'm looking into other opportunities as well as rentals to improve my retirement portfolio. I'm having a lot of fun learning about real estate. About myself: project manager for 16 years. 6 kids. 8 grand kids. Happily married. Living in Phoenix area.
