I have been studying real estate investing since I was 15 years old. It's always been fascinating to me how many different ways there are to profit in this industry. Two years ago I made the move to being a real estate agent. I liked the idea of having a dependable job in the field I loved. I soon learned like everyone else, real estate agents have ups and down in their jobs. So I decided to focus mainly on the investment side of the industry. When your job is something you love to do you never have to call it work.
