I’m a native Spanish speaker, former college football player, and physics/math teacher born and raised in CO. I'm constructing a real estate portfolio with minimal capital as I am a recent graduate on a teacher's salary. Currently, I’ve managed to fund my first owner occupied property with extremely favorable terms. I figured out how to buy the property without spending any of my own money, while avoiding PMI through extensive research of opportunities, grants, and loans. I plan on learning as much as possible about the entire process while keeping an eye open for any great deals along the Front Range here in Colorado!
