I have owned homes since I was 21. Now in my 40's. I have remodeled several properties and stick built my own house in 2005. My wife and I did all the work that was cost effective and I also designed and GCed the entire project. Since then we have bought 3 other homes for investment. All 3 are currently rentals that pay for themselves and make us money. 1 was conventional and 2 were hard money. I have always wanted to buy and rehab homes for resale for a living. Currently looking into he feasibility of this currently. My passion is finding the diamond in the rough and being able to redesign the functionality of the property to make it more appealing to the market. Any info is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Cris
