I.T. semi-pro who has decided that I want to have a stake of my own in RE. My revised plan is to skip wholesaling. It was tempting, but finding deals is already tough. When I do find them I have a passion to own it for myself, ha! I'm primarily interested in BRRRR / Long Hold strategies. I decided that the BEST way to get into this market is to have capital before hand. I know it goes against the grain of how people want to enter with little to no money down, but if you have capital then deals make alot more sense (if you're planning to hold!). Have to adapt to my market!
