I’m a real estate investor based outside Richmond, VA. I own a short-term rental in Maryland near Fort Meade, and I’m working on my first small multifamily purchase around Richmond and Chesterfield. I also build deal analysis tools through my company, West Seven Systems LLC. UnitLens is a calculator for 2 to 50 unit deals that looks up the unit count from an address and shows how confident it is in the numbers.
