Hi Everyone, I have a passion for Real Estate. With over 15+ years of experience in the facilities management area I have gained massive experience in building operations. I have been project managing our own fix and flips as well as maintaining our own buy and hold properties from purchase to renovations to rentals. I am a licensed Home Improvement Contractor and renovated lots or properties. I also have a Real Estate Broker license in NY and have sold over 100 properties throughout my career. I decided to start The Fix Up in 2020 to provide the best service for our clients. My goal is to provide our clients with an ALL-IN-ONE real estate solution. Headed by myself, we use our knowledge and expertise to resolve many different types of residential and commercial property issues.
