Currently I own a portfolio of SFH, and a handful of owner financed notes. I still work full time as an Anesthetist, but looking to scale back as passive income continues to grow. I’m passionate about real estate, BRRR, owner financed notes and most things real estate and financing. I’ve received education in MFH and self storage but have not pulled the trigger yet. Currently enjoying the great returns in SFH and notes.
