I have been Investing in Real Estate since 2011. I have done just about every type of unique investing strategy that can be done, many times over. I've had some very unique and challenging situations come up that even had our Title office and Real Estate Attorney on their A-game, but working together, we have always been able to resolve them. These are the most exciting times for me, because I love critical thinking to overcome adversity, and paving the way for other investors on what have otherwise been considered, a "Dead Lead". I also started a General Contracting company with my own "In-house" crew, which gives me a lot of leverage on controlling the schedule of projects to keep them on track, higher profit margins, and provide the unique opportunity to give other investors what they truly desire in a contractor...Trust. My All-Star Realtor Wife and I now have a very substantial portfolio, and have developed a Power Team that has allowed us the unique ability to expedite Out-of-State investors (as well as local investors) to get started in the San Antonio market. We give them the confidence they need by providing very detailed analytical data of On-Market & Off-Market deals, private lenders on stand-by, Property Management on stand-by, and a solid boots-on-the-ground source looking out for their best interest, that can offer a HUGE amount of value. We do a MASSIVE amount of online and offline marketing every month for deals and have a dedicated team of door knockers. One of my greatest abilities is negotiating. I've take several courses, and have read a lot of books in negotiating as well as psychology since, as you all know "the money is made on the buy", so being able to navigate sellers is crucial. Due to the massive amount of experience and resources, we truly play chess while the opposing party is playing checkers. It is now second nature to dissect and evaluate with a fine toothed comb potential deals. My wife and I have a very large out of state investor client base that we assist in getting into the San Antonio market, with many of them buying multiple properties with us.
