Matt Crusinberry

My wife and I are full time real estate investors. We currently work out of the Blair County area in PA. Our mission is to assist in revitalizing our community and support anyone looking to sell, buy, or rent. To give a brief synopsis of myself, let me do so in 3 words: Motivated, Focused, and Generous. To speak about my experience is to accredit the past, and I tend to look more to the future while doing it in the present. However, to acknowledge my accomplishments in the real estate arena, I reference the houses I have flipped and the rental properties I have purchased (which is far from vast, yet moving in the right direction). I have several properties under my belt, and continue to strive for more. My experience is ever growing, and there’s never a time that I am not buying. My real estate goals: buy a new property every month, either to flip or BRRRR. We will continue to buy at least 1-2 mid-size apartment complex every year. I am always seeking other investors who are interested in growing their business along with mine.
