Crystal Place

After 15 years of being a producer on both coasts, I decided to pivot. I’m currently diving into real estate investing, most particularly flipping SF's and BRRRR'ing with multi-families. I am also interested in finding a flipping team in the Los Angeles area in particular. I am possibly the most organized human you've ever met, (or at least in the top 3), am great at managing large amounts of data, hiring crew, managing schedules (across time zones), and building lasting relationships - and am looking to connect with a great team to add my strengths to. Success is always better and multiplied when you have a few great, strong team members working together. And I recognize by sharing my skills, I can also learn from seasoned people further along in the process. I’m the type of person who when I find a great team, (previously in film, but really in any business venture), I’m life-long loyal. I’ve found strong teams are everything in a project, and often determine its success or failure. I also live with deep integrity in my business and personal life, and am looking for great, trustworthy partners to help support each other and grow our portfolios together. I also forward to giving back to this great community, as I become more seasoned in my own real estate investing career. And I'm here and am happy to be tapped for help or even just a conversation about the value I might offer, should you need another member for your Los Angeles team. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line anytime. My email is: crystal at CrystalAPlace dot com and phone is on that website under contact. Thank you and to a great and prosperous year for us all.
