Hello, My name is Chris Stromdahl. I am a Seattle, Washington based real estate investor. My primary area of interest is single and multifamily cash flow property. I have always had an interest in real estate but the breadth and depth of the business made it overwhelming. In February 2014, as a result of a meeting with my CPA, I decided to move forward with my interest. The results up to the point of joining BP have been very encouraging. I have no doubt that by joining the BP community things will continue to improve. Experience: November 2012: Purchased our first house in West Seattle. -This is our primary residence. February 2014-Present: I have been networking with local real estate professionals, educating myself on the industry and deciding where my investment focus will be in the short and long term. I recently completed/passed my Washington State Real Estate Broker's examination. December 2014: -Closed on and rented our first SFH investment property. Solid house in a good neighborhood. Cash flows well and upside appreciation potential. May 2015: -Closed on and rented our second SFH investment property. Solid house in a good neighborhood. Cash flows well and upside appreciation potential. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to purchase 10 pieces of property over the next five years. There are three areas of interest that I have: -Single family -Multifamily -Storage facilities -Mobile home communities Ultimately, I would like to generate enough passive income in order to live a "boss optional" lifestyle. This will give me more freedom to give back in my community. I am a US Navy veteran and would like to focus on programs that support US military veterans. The idea that someday I will be able to live comfortably while helping my fellow man and woman is a driving force in my persistence to be successful.
