Christpher Schuebel

I have been working as a Cad Technician and a Building Designer for the last 10 years. I have experience designing commercial, single family and multifamily residential and industrial buildings. I have the ability to create building drawings required for local permits and can create 3D renderings and conceptual drawings. I am familiar with the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling code and the 2015 International building code. I am looking for people to partner with on flips and would also like to offer my design services and building construction knowledge.
