I've invested slow and steady since 2014 and am trying to take it to the next level with buy-and-hold investing. My wife and I own 3 single family row houses in Baltimore, MD where we used to live, and now own 3 duplexes in Batavia, NY near where we currently live. Work full time in the gov't and nonprofit sectors in leadership positions over the past 10 years. BJJ fan and purple belt. Inspired to build a better future for my family with 2 young kids.
