Currently a M-F 8 hour desk job person that has found out that this is not his cup of tea. I had years in retail management out on the floor with customers and employees but took a cut in pay for the stability of a steady work schedule so that I could start a family with my wife. Experience: I have under my belt the purchase of my current home, buy/rehab/rent/refi of my first investment property, the research I have done online, and the books I have read. Real Estate Goals: My goal is a long one of working towards becoming a Full time REI so that I will be able to provide and spend time with my family when I want and how I want. The first step of this is complete with the closing of my first rental property that has been fixed up and is rented. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking properties in Fair Oaks, Folsom, and Orangevale CA available to purchase through conventional financing that is in need of rehab as a Buy/Rehab/Refi rental residence. I know that there is a long path in front of me but the good thing about me is I am a very determined person and can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
