I love real estate. Mid-2022 - started my own investment company, Wonder Land Holdings LLC. My public facing entity is (dba) Wonderland Buyers (aka Wonder Land Buyers). I began with intent to focus strictly on raw land but didn't want to limit opportunities to help residential & multifamily property owners moving forward. My business model serves as a resource for property owners to understand their options when their property is causing emotional & financial pain. If we can't help, we know somebody who can. We're consultants and buyers of real property in central Texas. 2020-2022 I was partnered with an investment firm, Denali Real Estate as an Acquisition Specialist. We contracted real estate principally with first intent to wholesale to active, qualified real estate investors in central Texas. We only contract homes at price/terms that make financial sense. Therefore, if by chance no investors commit to purchasing a particular home/lot/acreage, we are ready to 'take it down' principally. I take pride in helping home & land owners determine their best strategy to cure their real estate headache. If their best option is to sell as-is for cash, I am prepared to purchase. You could say, I am problem solver for owners of real property in Austin & surrounding areas. (Owner) * IT sales & account management for both Dell & Microsoft for a total of 15yrs. * Single family licensed Property Manager for 6 yrs, handling every aspect from marketing, lease negotiation, repair coordination, walk-thru's, owner accounting/reporting monthly & annually.
