Aloha BiggerPockets Community, I’m based in Ewa Beach on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I’m a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer with a passion for real estate investing and continuous learning. I’ve used my VA loan to purchase homes and currently own a long-distance rental property in North Carolina. I’m focused on building long-term wealth through buy-and-hold investing while learning more about creative finance, BRRRR, tax deeds, and other investment strategies.
