Curtis Rouse began his real estate career in 2016 investing in Apartment complexes in the Middle, Ga area as a owner/operator. With this experience running a property management company, hiring contractors and overseeing the overall financial profitability of 2 subject properties simultaneously, Curtis knows exactly what buyers, sellers and investors are looking for. Having personally purchased and sold commercial properties, Curtis knows how to get deals done and to the finish line while dealing with Brokers, Lenders, Appraisers and Attorneys.
